Eureka Food Pantry Serves the Most Vulnerable in Our Community

One in eight people in this country faces hunger every day.

The Eureka Food Pantry serves nearly 150 families who live in the Eureka area.  50% of the people served are children or seniors who find themselves hungry and without a reliable food source. The food pantry is filling in the gap for families who find themselves with a job loss, illness or other transitions.

The Eureka Food Pantry provides families with varieties of canned and non-perishable foods year round and locally grown produce in the summer and fall. The donation from the Harvest Moon Run is used to purchase meat and also replenish the shelves with food.

The Eureka Food Pantry is located in the basement of Eureka United Methodist Church (the south side of the building).
